Vitali is a wizard of user-oriented design. He has coached facilitation, design methods as well as UX/UI design for companies of different sizes, helping them succeed and adopt agile methods. He has designed user interfaces since he was young chap and has worked as the lead designer of mobile and web services in projects such as MTV Media, Maaseudu Tulevaisuus, Visma Solutions and Microsoft. Vitali has created online and mobile services for over 10 years and has worked with the world's biggest brands. Vitali has also coached in Finland's most prestigious design schools.

Satu is an expert in service design and an ambassador of design. She has worked in business development, marketing and coaching positions in various industries such as recruitment, as a manager of an entrepreneurship program, as a development manager in interior and architectural company, as well as in the IT sector. She has taught design thinking and service design to professionals in various fields, from HR managers to entrepreneurs in various fields, and has facilitated various project definition, initiation and ideation workshops. She has also taught design to digital design students. Satu has worked as a host and moderator for several years at various events and facilitated various discussions and group situations.
